🌸 Refunds & Returns Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your GLORIOUS COLLAGEN & WELLNESS SHOTS, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Here’s how we make things simple and fair for everyone.
 
💛 If You Change Your Mind
Because our products are made for personal use and carefully sealed for freshness, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we can’t take back any opened supplements either in part or full ie you may have opened one shot and want to return the rest.
 
If you’ve changed your mind, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
 
💪 If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you expected, please email us at hello@gloriusandreal.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll put it right quickly — by sending a replacement or arranging a full refund, including postage if we agree that the fault is ours
 
🧠 Our Results Promise
We want you to feel confident giving your body and mind time to respond. If after 90 days of consistent use you don’t feel or see a difference, contact us. We may ask for simple before-and-after details so our team can learn and support you better — and we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a possible refund.
 
🔄 Subscriptions
You’re in control. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Once your next order has been processed and prepared for delivery, we’re unable to cancel that shipment — but your changes will apply to all future orders.

📦 Return Costs
If we’ve made an error or your order is faulty, we’ll cover all return costs.
If you’re returning an unopened item because you’ve changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility. Any taxes that you may pay or will be asked to pay will be your responsibility.
 
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method as soon as we’ve received and checked your return. This usually takes up to 14 working days.
