Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to send your Glorious Collagen and Wellness Shots to you — wherever you are in the world!
Here’s everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
 

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We use Royal Mail.

  • Delivery: should be expected within 3-5 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated. 

International Orders

We’re delighted to ship worldwide!

However, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once your order reaches its destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount — but we recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing your order.

If import duties or taxes are refused or unpaid, and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product cost (minus original shipping fees) once the items arrive back in their original condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • UK: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

If you’re not home when your order arrives and it can’t be posted through your letterbox, our delivery partner will leave a note or send you a message explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a nearby location (such as a neighbour, local depot, or collection point).

If you don’t rearrange delivery or collect your parcel after a failed attempt, we or our courier will get in touch to agree on next steps. You may be charged for any additional storage or delivery costs.

If we’re unable to reach you or arrange delivery after reasonable efforts, we may cancel your order. You will still be charged for the product and delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please email hello@gloriousandreal.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to investigate.

For recurring subscription orders we will ship at 28 (or frequency as set by you) day intervals once payment has been received.
