1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any subscriptions. By placing an order, subscribing, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on our site; continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

3. Ordering & Acceptance

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

3.3 You will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not mean the contract is accepted; the contract is formed when we dispatch the product.

4. Prices, Taxes & Duties

7. Returns, Refund & Guarantee

7.1 Change of Mind / Unopened Returns
You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund (excluding original shipping) once the product is received and inspected and approved as unused.

7.2 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty, notify us within [e.g. 14 days] with evidence (photos, descriptions). We will provide a full refund, replacement, or repair (including refunding return postage where fault is ours).

7.4 When Refunds Are Not Available

• Opened or used products (unless faulty)
• Late claims beyond stipulated periods
• Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

7.5 Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of acceptance of return or valid guarantee claim.

8. Subscriptions

8.1 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal cut-off time.
8.2 You may pause, cancel, or change your subscription with advance notice.
8.3 If you cancel after the cut-off, the next shipment may still be processed.
8.4 Minimum commitment: No minimum period
8.5 Discounts offered under subscription apply only while subscription is active.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Use

9.1 All content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
9.3 Any reviews or testimonials you post give us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use and edit them in marketing materials.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

10.1 No Warranties
All services and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results (health, business, or otherwise).
10.2 Liability Cap
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10.3 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from (i) your misuse of the products, (ii) content you provide, or (iii) breach of these Terms.

11. Cancellation & Contract Termination

11.2 On termination, we may cancel future shipments, stop access, and require payment of outstanding fees.
11.3 If a failure to redeliver or return occurs, we may consider the order cancelled and apply Clause 7.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

12.1 Informal Resolution
Before legal action, you must notify us and we’ll attempt to resolve within 15 business days.
12.2 Arbitration / Mediation / Court
Depending on your region, disputes may go to arbitration (or courts). If arbitration, location will be in Bristol, United Kingdom.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree disputes will be individual claims — class or collective actions are excluded.

13. Privacy, Data Protection & Cookies

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and cookie policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to those policies.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, war, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, legal changes, courier failures).

15. Severability & Waivers

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A failure or delay in exercising rights does not waive them.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Notices — We may send notices via email or via website announcements.
16.2 Assignment — We may transfer these rights to another entity; you may not transfer them without our permission.
16.3 Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with any policies, form the full agreement between you and us.
